ACR REMANUFACTURING PROCESS

Remanufacturing is a cost effective option to replace a faulty compressor. 

The original compressor is dismantled by our experienced engineers.

Once the compressor has been completely disassembled, cleaned and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components will be replaced with new or rebuilt components. 

Once the compressor has been rebuilt to orginal factory spec all our remanufactured compressors are checked for leaks.

Once the compressor has passed nitrogen pressure testing, The compressor will be performance tested using our compressor evaluation bench testing machine.

The performance test report will be printed and attached to each finished compressor.
